HOW DO I GET MY A.K. LATEX SHOES?

Send us an email at contact@aklatex.com. We will contact you to discuss what model are you interested in. At this time, we will give you an estimation of costs and the payment terms will be discussed. After we will send you the measurement sheets with instructions. As soon as we get all the information, we will start the patterns for you. All orders are securely packed and sent in discreet plain packaging for your privacy and reassurance.

CAN I HAVE A CUSTOM-MADE DESIGN?

If you want to have an item that is not in our catalogue we are happy to design it and make it for you. Custom shoes take longer to produce, and the cost may vary compared to the range of products we have. But you will get a very unique item.

CAN I CHOOSE A DIFFERENT COLOUR FOR MY LATEX SHOES?

If you want a different colour, please contact us, and we will discuss other options for you.

WHAT SIZES DO YOU HAVE AVAILABLE?

We do any size.

PAYMENTS

HOW DO I PAY?

Payment is required on order. We provide a secure payment method via PayPal. Payments made via Paypal do not forward your card information to us. You can also make payments via bank transfer.

IN WHICH CURRENCY WILL I PAY?

You will be charged in EUR. All prices for items and delivery are inclusive of any necessary VAT. The amount you pay for the product and delivery will always be the same regardless of whether a VAT charge is applicable at the point of sale.

PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY TIMES

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY SHOES?

All of our shoes are handcrafted and made to order. It takes 4 to 8 weeks to produce them (except for the AK06 and AKFT models). The delivery time has to be factored on top of that timeframe. Communication is fundamental for us, so if there is any delay or unavailability of materials, we will let you know.

HOW MUCH DOES THE SHIPPING COST?

It may vary depending on the country. We will inform you of these costs as soon as we get your shipping details.

IS THE DELIVERY COST INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?

No, all prices are exclusive of shipping and local taxes and import duties.

WHAT DELIVERY SERVICE DO YOU USE TO POST THE SHOES?

All the shipments are tracked and signed for.

DO YOU DELIVER TO MY COUNTRY?

A.K. LATEX delivers worldwide.

HOW DO I PAY FOR THE LOCAL TAXES?

The local taxes and import duties will be paid by the customer at the time of the delivery. These costs cannot be reclaimed from A.K. LATEX.

DO I GET A TRACKING NUMBER ONCE MY ORDER IS SHIPPED?

Yes, you will get your tracking number by email and information about the status of the delivery as soon as the parcel leaves our studio. You are responsible for keeping track of your package after you receive an email with your tracking number. Emails will be sent directly to the email you provide when placing an order.

I DIDN’T RECEIVE MY ORDER

A.K. LATEX is not responsible for packages that are signed for. If your package is lost in the post, please contact the courier directly. Any destroyed packages by the courier due to no delivery or no response from the receiver will not be refunded.

CAN I GET MY SHOES FASTER?

All the shoes are handcrafted, therefore we do not accept rush orders, and cannot guarantee delivery dates.

CAN I COLLECT THE SHOES FROM THE STUDIO?

Orders can be picked up in person if you choose. If this option is selected, you will not be charged shipping. Failure to collect after 6 months, however, will result in the disposal of the items by whatever means, without refund or credit.
